Louiza Paraskevopoulou

BA in Marketing and Communication from Athens University of Economics and Business, Masters of Science in Business Administration(Specialization: Management of Change) from Erasmus University Rotterdam (RSM Rotterdam School of Management), PhD in Organizational Behavior from Athens University of Economics and Business.

Dr. Louiza Paraskevopoulou has been a member of the Department of the School of Business and Economics since 2021. She holds a phd in Organizational Behavior from Athens University of Economics and Business. Her current teaching involves such courses as Research Methods and Organizational Behavior.

Dr. Paraskevopoulou has also worked as a research fellow in various European and national research projects. Her research interests include job crafting, personal initiative, work meaning and innovative behavior.

She has also published in international peer-reviewed conference articles (such as Academy of Management Annual Meeting, International Conference of Positive Psychology,  European Academy of Management Conference and the Positive Organizational Scholarship Research Conference)
