Study Abroad at ACG is remarkably affordable – even more so if your current financial aid package is portable, further lowering the cost of your study abroad experience.
The Study Abroad Comprehensive Fee Includes
Tuition
Up to 15 credit hours of classes for either the spring or the fall semester, or six credit hours for summer sessions.
Housing
ACG’s housing accommodations are modern, spacious, fully furnished and equipped apartments in the Athens suburb of Aghia Paraskevi, a short walking distance from the college. The comprehensive fee includes a double bedroom occupancy with a private bath. You may choose to upgrade to a single room or studio at an extra charge and given availability.
Excursions
For spring and fall semesters, three excursions to historical and recreational Greek sites are included – even one to a Greek island! For summer sessions, one excursion is included.
Visa Assistance
The Office of Residential and International Student Services has a dedicated visa application team which will work with you to secure the required documents. Our officer will then obtain visa pre-approval to take to a local Greek Consulate for visa pick up.
Airport Pick-up
We offer airport pick-up upon request on move-in days.
Laundry Facilities
Laundry facilities are available in student housing.
Olympic-quality Athletic Facilities
As the official training site of the 2004 U.S. Olympic team, our campus offers you Olympic-quality fitness center, pool, track, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, soccer field and more. In addition, a well-equipped fitness center is located in the student housing complex.
Internet Access
Wireless and wired internet access is available in student residences and on campus – free of charge.
Official Transcript
ACG provides an official transcript shortly after the conclusion of the semester.

Please note that the comprehensive fee includes double-bedroom occupancy (housing two students in one bedroom). You can choose to upgrade to a single-bedroom or studio apartment for an extra charge, contingent on availability. The comprehensive study abroad fee includes tuition up to 15 credits for semesters and up to 6 credits for sessions as well as housing in the Aghia Paraskevi residence apartments.
The Comprehensive fee does not include
- Food: a fully equipped kitchen is available in all apartments.
- Books: the average cost is approximately € 300 per semester.
- Spending money: we recommend € 3,000 per semester for daily expenses, including meals, transportation, entertainment and incidentals.

ACG Refund Policy
- Tuition Refund Policy
Students who officially cancel their registration or withdraw from courses may be eligible for a tuition refund in accordance with the refund schedule below. Refund eligibility is determined by the effective date of withdrawal, as recorded through the official withdrawal process.
Refunds are granted only where students complete the official course withdrawal procedure in accordance with the Academic Regulations of the Undergraduate catalog.

- Withdrawal Procedure
To be eligible for a tuition refund, students must complete the official course withdrawal procedure in accordance with the Academic Regulations of the Undergraduate Catalog.
Students should refer to the current Undergraduate Academic Calendar for the first day of classes, withdrawal deadlines, and other important academic dates, available here. - Housing Refund Policy
Under the ACG housing policy, a 100% refund may apply only prior to room occupation. After room occupation, no housing refund is applied.
ACG reserves the right to modify the application of this policy in cases of proven exceptional hardship.

- International Transfers: Students can make a Foreign Bank payment only through the Flywire platform https://acg.flywire.com.
Please enter your RF Payment Code* to identify your payment. Flywire payments can be made using your local currency. - Online Payments: Students can make a payment using our Online Payment page and selecting:
Credit/Debit Card payment and entering their RF Payment Code* - Credit or Debit Cards: Students can make a Credit or Debit Card payment at the Cashier at the Student Success Center.
