Overview
An intensive 4-day seminar designed for business professionals to master the world’s leading Generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Co-Pilot. Moving beyond abstract theory, this hands-on seminar focuses on immediate practical application, teaching participants advanced prompt engineering techniques and strategic workflow integration. The program specifically addresses the leadership requirements of the AI era, guiding participants through the development of five essential “superpowers”—from unlearning legacy mindsets to scaling transformation via AI agents. The ultimate, measurable goal is to equip every attendee with the skills and confidence to offload at least 30% of their daily workload, transforming AI from a novelty into an indispensable professional co-pilot.
Who is this for?
This seminar is tailored for C-level leaders, mid- to senior-level professionals, managers, team leads, and consultants across all business functions and industries, including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Product Development. No prior coding or data science experience is required. The ideal participant is proficient in their respective domain, comfortable with digital tools, and possesses a strong motivation to leverage new technologies for a quantifiable improvement in personal and team productivity.
*The use of a personal laptop is required for all sessions.
Why attend?
- Learn to automate, augment, and accelerate daily tasks to meet the seminar’s core promise of a 30% workload reduction, freeing up valuable time for high-impact strategic work.
- Master the tools and techniques that are rapidly becoming essential for professional advancement. Participants will leave not just with knowledge, but with practiced skills that are in high demand across all industries.
- Learn to transition from using AI as a simple tool to leveraging it as a “co-thinker” for complex problem-solving, creative ideation, and strategic analysis, a framework drawn from leading management research.
- Master the five leadership superpowers: unlearning/relearning, routine integration, opportunity identification, role-modeling, and scaling through agents.
- Gain the expertise to critically evaluate and select the right AI tool for the right business task, ensuring the effective and efficient application of generative AI within their organization to become a Frontier Firm.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this seminar, participants will be able to:
- Explain the fundamental workings of Large Language Models (LLMs), including the roles of transformers, tokens, and embeddings, using a clear, non-technical mental model.
- Critically evaluate and select the most appropriate Generative AI platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM) for a given professional task based on a nuanced understanding of their unique strengths, weaknesses, and features.
- Apply a versatile suite of advanced prompt engineering techniques—including Chain-of-Thought, Few-Shot, Structured Formatting, and Role-Playing—to generate reliable, accurate, and high-quality outputs from any major AI platform.
- Design and implement AI-augmented workflows for at least three core business functions relevant to their professional role (e.g., market research, financial analysis, content creation, policy review, etc).
- Apply a narrative-driven framework to thrive in the AI era, focusing on the five leadership superpowers to empower teams and drive innovation.
