Administrative Technology

The College presently uses the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) software called Jenzabar EX. EX is used to maintain a wide variety of information including student, financial, and human resources information. Jenzabar also provides a web-based portal called the Jenzabar Internet Campus Solution that is used by the campus to view information stored in the EX database.

Colleges and universities face many challenges in their efforts to meet increasingly demanding  performance goals, including increasing renrolment and retention numbers to reducing  costs and exceeding fund-raising targets, ACG finds that Jenzabar’s total campus management solution delivers the tools best suited to enhancing services for all constituents and offers better academic and professional development opportunities to our community.

The  IRM department has implemented this system and provides administrative system support and training to our campus community in its continuing efforts to provide the highest level of service to our students, faculty, staff and alumni.
