The vision

Establishing Greece as a hub of knowledge and training for the next generation of tourism professionals.

The ACG – Ēnsofi School of Global Hospitality and Tourism opens as Greece takes its place among the world's leading tourism destinations — a country with decades of experience and strong global recognition. Yet professional, industry-aligned academic education in hospitality remains rare in Europe, offered in real depth mainly in Switzerland. Few places are as well positioned to turn that expertise into a genuine centre of tourism knowledge.

The industry is also facing a widening talent gap: the World Travel & Tourism Council projects Greece will see one of the largest tourism workforce shortfalls in the world over the coming decade. This school is built to help close it — with a curriculum written jointly by academic faculty and industry leaders from day one, so what students learn matches what employers actually need.
