Full time Position: Program Manager – Academic Programs’ Department

ALBA Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece is seeking to recruit a passionate and dynamic professional for the team of its Academic Programs’ Department.

The ACG Health and Wellness Center at the American College of Greece is seeking two (2) candidates to cover full-time nurse positions, at the East Campus (Spata) under a 12 month definite term contract.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical consultation/care for the ACG community including assessment of illness/injuries, basic first aid, referral to further care and counseling on healthy lifestyles.

Position: Housing & Residential Services Staff

The Office of Housing & Residential Services is seeking a candidate for the position of Housing & Residential Services Staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in a subject area relevant to Tourism & Hospitality management / Event Planning
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in the English language both oral and written.
  • Fluent in IT skills (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Excellent customer service and decision making skills.
  • Excellent administration skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a friendly, professional and customer orientated frontline service to students.
  • Working to ensure residents’ understanding of and compliance with residence terms and conditions.
  • Organize and execute various events throughout the year for the study abroad students.
  • Dealing with all accommodation enquiries and helping resolve any problems or complaints.
  • Back office support related to emails, filing etc.
  • Being involved in the resident’s rooming allocation process.
  • Liaison and team working with College staff to promote well-being of students and prevent anti-social or risky behaviors.
  • On occasion liaison with other departments to help resolve issues.
  • Enforce safety and security policies and procedures, provide early feedback or potential risks.
  • Work cooperatively with students to ensure an environment that displays respect for the rights and privacy of others and promotes consideration of the individual.
  • Disseminate and communicate all announcements and policies of the residential program to the residential community.
  • Fulfil all required administrative tasks including various reports.
  • Promote residences to prospects and their families during site visits.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
