The American College of Greece offers tuition in both Euros and U.S. Dollars. U.S. citizens, permanent U.S. residents or Canadian citizens are required to make all their payments in U.S. Dollars. Greek and all other International Students are required to make all their payments in Euros. Students with dual citizenships (U.S./Canadian plus other) may choose to make payments either in Euros or U.S. Dollars by indicating so on their initial application form. All their future payments will be in the currency they chose initially. The College reserves the right to adjust tuition and other fees as the need arises. No such changes will apply to the semester or session in progress, and every effort will be made to maintain the same fees throughout any given academic year. The College will try to announce changes well in advance of the effective dates of change.


Tuition Deposit:  All new North American Degree-seeking students are required to make a USD 500.00 non-refundable deposit.

New students who deposit late must make full payment upon receipt of their invoice or on the dates defined in their payment plan agreement with ACG.


ACG Refund Policy – Undergraduate Programs

Acceptance Deposits
Acceptance deposits are non-refundable, unless you cancel your acceptance, by notifying us within 14 days of submitting the Admission Offer Acceptance Form. This decision must be communicated in writing, with a clear statement of your wish to cancel by emailing [email protected] with the subject line ‘Cancellation,’ including your student ID number and full name. If we receive your cancellation request within these 14 days, any acceptance deposit paid will be fully refunded. Outside this period, please refer to our Tuition Refund Policy.

Tuition Refund Policy
Students who officially cancel their registration or withdraw from courses may be eligible for a tuition refund in accordance with the refund schedule below. Refund eligibility is determined by the effective date of withdrawal, as recorded through the official withdrawal process.

Refunds are granted only where students complete the official course withdrawal procedure in accordance with the Academic Regulations of the Undergraduate Catalog.

  • Withdrawal Procedure
    To be eligible for a tuition refund, students must complete the official course withdrawal procedure in accordance with the Academic Regulations of the Undergraduate Catalog.
    Students should refer to the current Undergraduate Academic Calendar for the first day of classes, withdrawal deadlines, and other important academic dates, available here.
  • Housing Refund Policy
    Under the ACG housing policy, a 100% refund may apply only prior to room occupation. After room occupation, no housing refund is applied.

ACG reserves the right to modify the application of this policy in cases of proven exceptional hardship.
