This year’s Mind Body and Spirit Festival aims to raise awareness of the importance of healthy relationships with one’s self, with others, with technology, with animals, nature, and all life forms. The Festival will be rich in workshops, talks, displays, poster exhibits, publications, social media posts, freebies and more, and will take place at various locations across campus, so make sure to make the most of it! At the end of the event, you will have learnt how to appreciate, nurture and celebrate all the important relationships in your life!
