The American – Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and The American College of Greece have joined forces in support of the efforts of the National Public Health Organization (EODY), to increase the blood supplies for patients in need during the summer months.

The blood drive is coordinated by the ACG Center of Excellence for Sustainability in collaboration with the ACG Health and Wellness Center. Precautionary measures, as directed by EODY, will be taken to safeguard the health and safety of the blood donors, as indicated for the Covid-19 pandemic.

Please check out the process, make sure you are eligible and schedule an appointment through Eventora. Each volunteer will be able to register for a specific day and time slot and will be required to present the Eventora barcode received upon registration. Giving blood normally takes about 30 minutes of your time. The blood drive will take place at the spacious Deree Student Lounge and the Deree Main Corridor will be used as a waiting area, avoiding any crowding. Parking will be allowed at the College’s premises. Masks and antiseptics will be provided, but please ensure that personal hygiene requirements are met.
