Ria Psouchla joined V+O in 2002 where she started the Event Management Group of the company. Today she holds the position of Business Unit Director, in V+O COMMUNICATION GREECE. She has a vast experience that spans the full spectrum of public relations & communication working across a diverse portfolio of brands.
Over the years Ria has successfully designed and implemented a large number of 360 communication strategies for international & national clients from multiple industries like Travel & Real Estate (AEGEAN, Hilton Athens, ASTIR, Grace Hotels, One Athens), Beauty & Fashion (L’ORÉAL, Sephora, Beiersdorf, Marks & Spencer), Retail (McArthurGlen Designer Outlets), FMGC (Coca-Cola, Nestle), Automotive (Toyota, Fiat, Alfa Romeo), Health (Merck, Roche, GlaxoSmithKline), Spirits (Pernod Ricard, MOET, Jack Daniel’s), Tobacco (Philip Morris International), etc. As Head of the Marketing | Brand Coms | Events Group, Ria has been the guiding hand behind the formation of an award-winning creative team, that undertakes the strategic conceptualization & implementation of effective communication plans, campaigns and unique events that have significant and measurable impact on the client’s business.

She holds a double major Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Philosophy from the American College of Greece –Deree College and a Master’s of Science in Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh, UK.
She is fluent in Greek, English and French and she is eloquent in Turkish.

Gina Roumpakou has been active in the field of communications since 2003. She holds great experience in Brand and Corporate communication for various multinational and Greek accounts including, among others, Nescafe, Nespresso, Novartis, Greek coffee Loumidis Papagalos, Henkel, Royal FrieslandCampina, HSBC, BDO Greece, Ministry of Environment and Energy, Abbott Laboratories, etc. She is experienced in implementing and supporting projects regarding media relations, Consumer PR, Health PR, internal communications, corporate communications, special events planning, sponsorship & advertising campaigns, CSR programs and Issues management. Gina is a Director in V+O COMMUNICATION with a  clientele that includes clients such as Toyota, Deloitte, Olympic Brewery, Emirates, Grace Hotels, etc.
