Do you have difficulty setting boundaries? Do you have difficulty expressing your boundaries clearly and effectively? Join our 10-week transformative group where we explore how to set and navigate boundaries while maintaining a connection with others. In this group, we don’t just talk about boundaries; through mindful movement and other practices, we holistically experience them in a safe and supportive environment.
