Position: Part-Time Instructor in Psychology

Position: Learning Technologist – Online Academic Programs Department (Part time (permanent) Position)

ALBA Graduate Business School is seeking to appoint a part-time learning/educational technologist to support the school in the design and development of its online programs.

The person will join the Online Programs team and is expected to make significant contribution to the design, production and delivery of online content across degrees. The position has the potential to turn into full-time after 6 months.

The successful candidate will take active role in shaping the new teaching, learning methods and technologies to deliver courses to global adult learners, with a view to support the strategic development of online course delivery as well of technology in the classroom.

The candidate should be experienced working primarily with Canvas or other learning management systems. You should demonstrate strong communications skills, preferably acquired in a higher education setting. You will work with different subject matter experts/faculty and program management to design, develop, and deliver online course content, interactive and multimedia technology-driven components, and other support material consistent to ensure flexibility and reusability.

You will also utilize web page authoring, desktop publishing and presentation software, to develop custom content; edit video and audio files for use in online courses; will design interface in Canvas and integrate coursework in Canvas.

Required Qualifications:

Position: Assistant Dean of North American Enrollment and Study Abroad (US Based)

The American College of Greece is seeking a candidate to cover the Assistant Dean of North American Enrollment and Study Abroad position. The position is US based. The job holder will report to the Associate Dean.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies related to North American enrollment
  • Establish and manage relationships with high school counselors, study abroad advisors, providers, alumni, and other key stakeholders and assist in developing awareness at community colleges
  • Represent ACG by attending study abroad fairs, conferences, and university fairs to increase ACG’s visibility and keep abreast of industry standards, changes, and best practices
  • Handle the ACG recruitment website
  • Assist with the coordination of programs and services for student mobility and ensure an exceptional experience for students, parents, and partners
  • Assist with the management and organization of recruitment activities for North American undergraduate enrollment and study abroad
  • Provide advising to students, parents, and partners on all aspects of studying at ACG
  • Oversee appropriate follow-up work arising from recruitment events, to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students
  • Assist in the daily administration of enrollment, including processing applications and facilitating the enrollment process for North American students

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area
  • A minimum of 5 years administrative experience in higher education; preferably in an enrollment role
  • Experience as a participant, organizer, or administrator in study abroad programs
  • Knowledge in marketing at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, including the use of market research, insight and analysis to identify and evaluate marketing opportunities and to inform recruitment plans
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Position: Graphic Design Associate Lecturer – Department Head

The Frances Rich School of Fine and Performing Arts seeks an Associate Lecturer to teach undergraduate courses and lead the Department of Graphic Design.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar.
  • MFA or another terminal degree highly desirable.
  • At least one degree from a UK/US accredited institution.
  • Eligibility for Ministry registration number.
  • Teaching experience, ideally at a US or a UK higher education institution.
  • The area of expertise should cover multiple design disciplines, such as: visual identity and branding, publications, environmental graphics, typography, packaging and digital design.
  • Proven record of accomplishment as a design practitioner in the field of Graphic Design / Visual Communication with knowledge of practice-based research. Evidence of development and delivery of applied projects.

General Skills:

  • Both theoretical and practical understanding of contemporary design discourse and practices.
  • Innovative approach to contemporary trends in the field of Graphic Design, including up-to-date knowledge of industry software and design workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to serve as Department Head of the Graphic Design program.
  • Ability to initiate curricular changes
