Dr. Korre is a graduate of the American College of Greece with a BA in Psychology and received her M.Sc. in Health Psychology from the University of Surrey in London, UK.  She is trained as a family therapist by the Family Therapy in the Athenian Institute of Anthropos, and is also trained in (Daseinsanalysis).

Dr. Korre has worked as a psychologist in the Center for Drug Addicts ( Κ.Ε.Θ.Ε.Α. 1991 – 1999) and was the Director  of  the Center for Information and Research on Addiction of the Municipality of Heraklion Attica until 2005.​ She consulted for ten years and was a member of  the Adolescent Health Unit of Aglaia Kyriakou Hospital  working primarily with families of adolescents diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa. She has also designed and run special groups for families of adolescents diagnosed with anorexia.​ She joined the faculty of the Graduate School of the American College of Greece as a part time faculty member in teaching courses in Ethics, Family & System Approaches and Existential Interventions and supervising students on practicum at the ACG Counselling Center.​
Dr. Korre is currently acting as a member of the training committee in The Hellenic Society for Existential Analysis (Daseinsanalysis) and holds the position of the  Vice President of the Board.​She has been working as a private practitioner since 2004.
