Fotini Sonia Apergi

Dr Fotini-Sonia Apergi earned her PsyD in clinical psychology from Long Island University in New York, with a specialty in family violence and developmental disabilities. She also received an MS in applied psychology from the same university and an MA in general psychology from New York University. After working as a clinician in several US mental health and school settings, Dr. Apergi returned to Greece and joined the undergraduate faculty in 2004 and the Graduate School in 2005. In addition to teaching courses in her specialty, she coordinates the practicum training and teaches the Practicum seminars. Dr Apergi is also in private practice and contributes as a consultant in school settings. Her research interests lie in the area of domestic and relationship violence and child abuse.
