Antonis Klidas

Management and International Business

BSc in Business Administration, Athens University of Economics and Business; MSc in International Hotel Management, University of Surrey; PhD in Hospitality Human Resource Management, Tilburg University

Antonis Klidas has been a faculty member of Deree – The American College of Greece since 2007 and has taught business and management courses in both the graduate and undergraduate schools. He currently teaches courses in international business management in the School of Business and Economics. He obtained his PhD degree following a Marie Curie Fellowship from the European Commission. His research interests focus on strategic alliances in tourism, sport sponsorship and teamwork pedagogies.

In the past, Dr. Klidas has worked as a Research Fellow at the Institute for Research on Intercultural Cooperation in the Netherlands. He was also a full-time lecturer of Management and Marketing at the Department of Social, Cultural Sciences at Tilburg University for five years.

Dr. Klidas is currently the Head of the Management and International Business department.
