Asteris Huliaras is Professor in comparative politics and international relations in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the University of the Peloponnese. He holds a Jean Monnet Chair in EU Relations with Less Developed Countries. He specializes in North-South relations, international development assistance and foreign policy analysis.
