Seanergy Maritime and United Maritime offer the first scholarships directed to our Deree Shipping Management undergraduate students

Deree – The American College of Greece is proud to partner with two Nasdaq-listed shipping companies, Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. and United Maritime Corporation. Through both companies’ generous donations, the first two scholarships exclusively directed to Deree Shipping Management undergraduate students will be awarded in the academic year 2023-2024. The scholarships are intended to provide support to academically distinguished undergraduate students, pursuing a BSc degree in Shipping Management, but may not have the adequate financial means.

The combined fleet, upon completion of the recently announced sale & purchase transactions, will consist of 25 vessels (1 Newcastlemax, 19 Capesize, 2 Kamsarmax and 3 Panamax), with an aggregate cargo carrying capacity of 3,976,874 dwt.
