ACG Students Participate in Nestlé Finance Skills Day 2026

The American College of Greece (ACG) proudly celebrates the participation of its students in the Nestlé Finance Skills Day 2026, a dynamic one-day hybrid event dedicated to young professionals interested in pursuing exciting careers in Finance.

Held on May 14, the event brought together students and finance professionals, both online and in person at Nestlé’s Headquarters, offering participants a unique opportunity to engage directly with leading industry experts and gain valuable insights into the evolving world of finance.

ACG students participated in an immersive learning experience exploring key areas such as financial analysis, business strategy, risk management, sales control, taxation, treasury operations, and finance leadership. Throughout the day, they interacted with Nestlé professionals in the company’s brand-new collaborative workspace and participated virtually through live discussions and Q&A sessions.

The program featured presentations and discussions led by senior Nestlé executives and finance specialists from Finance & Control, Treasury & Risk, Sales Controlling, Tax & Statutory Operations, and Financial Planning & Analysis. Students gained first-hand exposure to the diverse career paths available within a global organization and heard directly from professionals about how finance shapes strategic business decisions.

Program highlights included sessions such as “Finance Function Vision: How Finance Creates Impact,” “How Finance Shapes Business Choices,” “From Product to Profit: The Finance Story Behind Nespresso,” “What Really Drives Growth? The Finance View”, “The Role of Tax & Statutory in Decision Making,” and “Cash, Control & Risk: The Invisible Heroes.”

The event also gave students the opportunity to ask questions, exchange perspectives on the future of finance, and better understand the skills and mindset needed to thrive in today’s business environment.

Nestlé professionals shared highly positive feedback regarding the ACG students’ level of professional preparedness, the quality of their presentations and insights, their strong academic background, and their well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

ACG’s participation reflects the institution’s continued commitment to connecting students with leading global organizations and creating meaningful experiential learning opportunities that bridge academic study with professional practice.

The American College of Greece extends its sincere thanks to Nestlé for the invitation and for hosting an engaging and inspiring event that empowered students to explore the future of finance through direct interaction with industry leaders.
