New Year – New Sustainability Achievement!

Spot ACG on The Princeton Review’s Guide to Green Colleges: 2023 Edition!

The American College of Greece (ACG) is pleased to announce that it has been named by the Princeton Review as one of the top Green Colleges for 2023!

The result is based on a survey of 713 administrators about their institutions’ sustainability policies, initiatives and programs conducted by the Princeton Review in 2021-2022 to determine the 455 greenest and most environmentally responsible colleges. We are honored to be once again, for the fifth consecutive year, among the world’s leading educational institutions, with the results based on the STARS report, submitted last year by the Office of Public Affairs.

The 13th Princeton Review’s Guide to Green Colleges includes college profiles with details on the institutions’ usage of renewable energy sources, recycling and conservation initiatives, the inclusion of environmental studies in their academic offerings, and career counseling for green careers. The profiles also provide details on the schools’ costs, financial aid options and entrance requirements.

“This recognition for the 5th time makes us really proud and highlights our constant efforts into making our campus more sustainable and have a positive impact on society. We are committed to constantly improving our footprint through a 360o approach to sustainability”, states Rania Assariotaki, ACG Senior Sustainability Manager, Office of Public Affairs.
