About the Masterclass

Every day, communication professionals face choices with incomplete information, tight deadlines and real consequences for brands and audiences. In this Masterclass, Antonis Avgeropoulos, Managing Director of Nespresso Hellas, explores how good decisions are made in practice, combining key ideas on decision-making with real-world examples. Students will also have the opportunity to apply what they learn in an interactive, hands-on way. Open to undergraduate and graduate students, the session offers practical tools for thinking clearly, weighing options and deciding with confidence.

About the Speaker

Antonis Avgeropoulos has been Managing Director of Nespresso Hellas and South Europe since 2010. Under his leadership, Nespresso has launched a capsule recycling programme, expanded across Southeastern Europe and created jobs in its markets. He is also Vice President of the Board of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (EIEΠ). He holds degrees in Economics from University College London and the University of Michigan.

The masterclass is addressed to all communications students, both graduate and undergraduate.

Certifications of attendance will be given.
