We may be in Lockdown, Season II, but this is no excuse to neglect our fitness routine. Moreover, yoga and pilates help boost our immune system and are known to improve our mental health and well-being.
So, Deree Athletics helps us keep those chakras aligned and takes care of our overall shape by offering online yoga, pilates, and body sculpt classes to the ACG community!
So from Monday, November 9, Deree students, faculty, and staff are welcome to join the following live online group fitness classes:
- BODY SCULPT every Monday-Wednesday-Friday 17:00-17:45
- PILATES MAT every Monday-Wednesday-Friday 18:00-18:45
- YOGA every Monday-Tuesday-Thursday 19:00-19:45
Classes are available through the Zoom platform, and the link for each class will be posted on the Deree Athletics Facebook page every morning.
