Deree student, Olga Konstantakopoulou, majoring in Human Resources Management, has made the 30 Under 30 Forbes’ list of Greek entrepreneurs for her startup HireFlows!
Olga, who is only 21, has already received €150,000 worth of funding from EU venture capitals, while her company recently expanded successfully its operations to Japan.
At the age of 18 and while working in the family business, Olga realized that the recruiting process is a very costly and time-consuming task; an insight that led to the birth of an idea for our student’s start-up.
Her knowledge in informatics and her experience in recruiting, made the perfect combination for the implementation of the pioneering platform. HireFlows is using an AI algorithm that automates the hiring process, helping businesses save money and time!
