Tatiana Chalkidou has been a member of the Department of International Business since 2013. She obtained her PhD degree from Oklahoma State University in the United States following her working experience within the sport and recreation industry. Her doctoral thesis involved research on organizational behavior of higher education administrators in the United States. Her current research interests focus on conflict management and decision making.
In the past, Dr. Chalkidou has worked as a Research Fellow for the School of Education, at Oklahoma State University. She also was a full-time lecturer of Recreation management, at the Recreation Management and Therapeutic Recreation program, at the School of Applied Health and Educational Psychology at Oklahoma State University for approximately 2 years.
