Dr Kyriakopoulos is Associate Professor of Strategy and Marketing at ALBA Graduate Business School at the American College of Greece. His research and teaching interests lie in the areas of Customer Centricity, Innovation, Knowledge Management, and Capabilities-based Strategy. His current research focuses on marketing assets & capabilities, market orientation, improvisation, organizational memory, B2B innovation alliances, and radical innovation. His work has been published in leading international journals and international conferences. In the past, he was Assistant Professor of Marketing at Maastricht University, The Netherlands and Visiting Scholar at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, US. He has been executive trainer for several local and international firms.
