Dr Dafni Katsampa is a Clinical Psychologist trained in the UK and joined ACG as an Adjunct Faculty member in 2026. For the past decade, Dr Katsampa has worked across public health and non-governmental settings in the UK and Greece, supporting clients across the full age range and with various mental health presentations. To this day, she continues to work privately with adolescents, adults, families, and couples, integrating psychological models, primarily drawing on cognitive behavioural, systemic, and narrative approaches. She also serves as a doctoral supervisor at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK and collaborates with MSc programmes at University College London and King’s College London, promoting science communication. Her research and teaching interests centre on psychotherapy, diversity and social justice in psychology, including refugee and migrant mental health, ethnoracial and multicultural perspectives, LGBTQ+ affirmative practices, community approaches, psychopathology, and inclusive approaches to psychotherapy and mental health support.
