Dr. Louka is a Psychometrician and People Analytics Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the United States where she significantly contributed to numerous organizations. More specifically, she has led large scale People Analytics projects and through the years has assisted companies from diverse industries such as IT, Medical, Healthcare, Telecommunications and Non-profit Organizations with her expertise in psychometrics and analytics. Her work has involved the development and execution of strategic data management techniques, survey development, personality and leadership assessment tools, as well as executing statistical modeling and research designs.

Currently Dr. Louka is an Analytics and Assessment Consultant based in Greece where she continues to advise various organizations on optimizing their people data to drive business success. In addition to her consultancy work, she specializes in leadership assessment and executive coaching, dedicated to helping executives recognize their full potential.

Dr. Louka is an active member of numerous professional affiliations including the American Psychological Association (APA), Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychologist (SIOP) and Metropolitan NY Association of Applied Psychology (METRO).
