About the Event
Can you hear flashes? Taste words? See colored music? Do you experience multiple sensations at the same time? Maybe you have synesthesia! The research is revealing how individual differences in conscious perceptual experiences are linked to neurobiological differences and how they relate to cognition more broadly. The world-renowned researcher in the field of Cognitive Neuroscience and University of Sussex Professor, Jamie Ward, will give a talk to students and faculty about his work on synesthesia and let us have a glimpse into this amazing superpower!
