This year, we are honored to welcome Kareem Kalokoh, a leading voice in the modern Athenian hip‑hop scene, who will explore how creativity and identity grow when you break the unspoken rules imposed by society and culture. Eri Ioannidou, forensic psychologist and TEDx speaker, returns to challenge the rules of perception by dismantling deeply rooted myths around psychopathy and mental health, inviting us to rethink how society defines “normal” and “abnormal” behavior. Elly Andriopoulou, Managing Director of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, will speak about leadership, civic responsibility, and how public institutions can rewrite the rules to serve a more inclusive, sustainable society.

From the world of arts and identity, acclaimed pianist,  researcher and Professor at Deree Christine Tokatlian brings a powerful perspective on redefining cultural rules through music, heritage, and creative expression, bridging tradition and innovation. Katerina Tasiopoulou, cybersecurity leader and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, will uncover the unseen rules of the digital world, speaking about cyber resilience, leadership under pressure, and how technology forces us to redefine security and trust in modern life. Aristotelis Vathis, psychiatrist and psychotherapist, will address the internal rules that govern emotional life, mental health, and trauma, offering insight into how psychological frameworks can either limit or liberate human potential. Beyond the stage, the TEDx experience continues through hands‑on engagement. Attendees can visit the Bone Marrow Donation Booth, learning how one simple decision can break the rule of indifference and save lives. At the “How to Make Your CV Stand Out” booth by ACG Career Services, participants will gain practical tools to challenge conventional career rules and present their stories with confidence. The WELEAD Women Empowerment Workshop creates space to challenge outdated leadership norms and build new rules based on equality, voice, and representation.
