About the event

Grocery shopping and making the healthy choices can be difficult especially for those new to Greece. Local Greeks new to cooking on your own are also welcome!

In this session we will:

• Provide information for online grocery shopping
• Introduce participants to the Healthy Mediterranean Diet
• Enrich students “study abroad experience” by providing suggestions and recommendation on Greek food, recipes, specialties and delicacies.
• Give the participants the opportunity to sample Greek delicacies
