The Hellinikon Spring Workshop is an interdisciplinary and intergenerational event initiated by the SYN-CREATE Research Team (RTIN) that brings together Pierce alumni from the Hellinikon years, Deree students, researchers, and faculty in a collaborative environment connecting student-led archival research, digital storytelling, and creative practice. Through presentations, documentary screenings, and hands-on creative work, participants explore and reinterpret the College’s history at the Hellinikon campus using animation, design methods, and research-through-practice to uncover shared memories, hidden voices, and lived experiences while shaping future phases of the project.
