We are pleased to announce that Deree – The American College of Greece has signed an agreement with Altus Group to join the ARGUS University Partnership Program, marking a significant milestone for real estate education in Greece.
Through this collaboration, ACG becomes the first educational institution in Greece to partner with Altus Group, a leading commercial real estate intelligence company and developer of ARGUS Enterprise, one of the world’s most widely used platforms for commercial property valuation, cash flow forecasting, and investment analysis. Altus Group is providing 51 ARGUS Enterprise licenses to support the program, representing a contribution with a retail value of $331,500.
The partnership will bring ARGUS Enterprise directly into the classroom through the Minor Certificate in Real Estate at Deree. By integrating the software into key courses, students will gain practical experience with the same tools used by leading real estate investment, asset management, and advisory firms across global markets.
This hands-on exposure will deepen students’ understanding of commercial real estate valuation, underwriting, scenario analysis, budgeting, and investor reporting, helping them bridge academic knowledge with professional practice. Students who opt for the Argus Software Certification (ACS) will gain a highly sought-after skill in Western markets and will have a valuable advantage for careers in commercial real estate, investment analysis, asset management, and related fields.
ACG students will also be eligible to participate in the annual ARGUS University Challenge, a global student competition in which university teams analyze a fictional real estate investment opportunity and compete for a total of $25,000 in prizes.
This collaboration reinforces ACG’s commitment to delivering market-relevant, experiential education that prepares students for the demands of a rapidly evolving global real estate sector. By embedding industry-leading technology into the Real Estate Minor, ACG further strengthens the program’s distinctive value proposition and offers students a unique pathway to develop highly sought-after professional skills.
