Despina Manouseli is an Assistant Professor in Business Analytics at Deree – The American College of Greece. Prior to joining Deree, she was an Associate Professor at the Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources, University College London and a Research Fellow at the University of Southampton. She brings extensive experience in the design and leadership of novel postgraduate programmes and courses, alongside teaching across multidisciplinary domains. She is committed to research-led teaching, and her teaching practice has been recognised by Advance HE through the award of a Fellowship. Her research interests lie in natural resources management, smart energy in the built environment, and data analytics. She has served as a reviewer for scholarly journals and her work has been published in internationally recognised journals and presented at international conferences.
