Dr. Krikor Maroukian is a Sr Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft WW Culture and Cloud Experience practice. In the past, he has held Project Management and Information Security Management positions. Krikor is co-author of Axelos publications – ITIL4® Managing Professional High-velocity IT and ITIL4® Acquiring and Managing Cloud Services. He holds a UK patent for the design of an “IT outsourcing management framework”. Krikor has authored academic papers on the topics of adoption leadership, DevOps, service management, project management and model-driven business engineering. He is a regular columnist since 2013 in ‘Netweek’, a Greek monthly IT executives’ magazine. Krikor has held positions in PMO Global Alliance Awards 2021/22/23 Judging Committee, DevOps and Agile Awards Greece 2024/25 and Organizing Committee Lead for IT Service Management, DevOps and Lean IT Conferences since 2010.
