Ms Foteini Koutroumpa is a legal professional with over 20 years of experience in private law practice and active litigation.  She also actively engages in advisory practice with an emphasis on business law and energy law. Currently, she leads the Business Legal Issues module at the American College of Greece’s Business School, helping students understand key legal principles. She has also taught courses in International Business Law and Management Principles. As a Barrister of the Supreme Court, she has maintained her private law practice since 2003, specializing in a wide range of legal areas, such as commercial law, business law, real estate, civil liability and contracts. Previously, she has served as a Legal Advisor at Ellaktor S.A., with a focus on renewable energy sources, and worked for the Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games Athens 2004, with a focus on procurement, tendering, and public-commercial contracts.
