Evgenios Zogopoulos is a strategic leader specializing in people and operations, with a strong background in psychology and business administration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Panteion University of Athens and an MSc in Psychiatry from Athens Medical School. He earned an MBA from ALBA Business School and his professional development includes an executive program at Harvard Business School.

Currently, he is the Head of People & Culture at T-Digital by Deutsche Telekom, driving transformation and operational excellence. Simultaneously, he lectures at the American College of Greece. Formerly, he led HR strategy across multiple regions at ITT Inc. and steered Augmenta’s HR and operations, facilitating a $110M acquisition. His expertise spans talent management, organizational design, and change leadership, while he thrives on innovation and impactful leadership.
