Spyridon Branis, Ph.D., CFA, has extensive 24-year experience in the Greek banking sector, serving as Senior Credit Officer for large corporate, Structured Finance, Shipping Loans, and Capital Markets products. Dr. Branis has also been actively involved in Corporate Financial Analysis & Evaluations, Capital Restructuring, M&As, and IPOs for various Greek companies.
After studying at Athens University (B.Sc. in Physics in 1982), he received his Ph.D. in Physics from CUNY-Graduate Center, New York in 1990. He has been a CFA Charterholder since 2004.
