Mary Skordia is an Assistant Professor in Management at the School of Business and Economics of The American College of Greece. Her research interests focus on investigating organizations and organizational phenomena, including ways of thinking and mindsets, strategic decision-making, leadership, and identities, using interdisciplinary approaches and a paradox lens. Recently, her work has been published in Organization Studies. She teaches in the areas of Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship Management. She is the Managing Editor of the Organization Journal, while she also serves as a reviewer for peer-reviewed journals in the field of management and organization. She is an accredited coach and an experienced corporate trainer in the area of leadership and soft skills. She serves as a mentor at VentureGarden, a comprehensive educational and training program for entrepreneurs who want to develop their skills. Mary also holds a degree in Music and a Certificate in Educational Psychology.
