Dr. Remos Armaos is an education and psychology researcher, project evaluator, and addiction specialist, as well as the Head of the KETHEA Education Department and an adjunct professor at HOU in adult education methodologies. Dr. Armaos has over 20 years of experience as an adult trainer and program developer, research analyst, consultant, and supervisor. He has integrated transformative learning into his research, training, and academic services, which include treatment integrity evaluation, consultation/supervision planning, skills development training, academic upskilling, community profiling, digital project management, and more. Dr. Armaos’ publications include peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters on the training, capacity building, and empowerment of educationalists, mental health professionals, and prevention specialists. He is a national and European-level expert evaluator on lifelong learning projects, co-editor of the peer-reviewed journal Exartiseis, and a Board member of the International Society of Addiction Journal Editors. He has several publications in peer-reviewed journals, book reviews, and conference presentations in the fields of education and addictions.
