Minos Eleftheriou is an Assistant Professor in the Maritime Transport and Supply Chain Department at the School of Business and Economics, Deree College, part of the American College of Greece, where he teaches Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management courses and serves as Coordinator of the Operations Management Programme.

Dr. Minos Eleftheriou is an electrical engineer with extensive experience in large IT and consulting projects focused on productivity, quality, research, innovation, and smart specialization policies, working with both government and private organizations. He has managed several commercial and research projects and directed numerous business development efforts in Greece and abroad. Current research interests include Supply Chain sustainability and Operations in businesses.
