Dr Karimalis holds a PhD in Organizational Communication from Wayne State University (Detroit, Michigan), an MA in Communication from the University of Akron (Akron, Ohio), and a BS in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a specialization in Political Communication and organization of Mass Media. With nearly three decades of corporate experience in public relations, corporate communication, and marketing, he has been a member of the Deree faculty since 2002. His expertise spans PR, corporate communication, and advertising, and. he teaches courses in areas such as Brand Building, Corporate Communication, Intercultural Communication, and Event Planning. Grigorios’ research interests focus on marketing, advertising, organizational and health communication, and management. In addition to his academic work, he has held corporate roles in marketing, PR, and HR across various organizations.
