My main interests are in performance (as an Act of Social import) and its performance elements. I have worked as an actress and director, organizing and teaching workshops in Creative Drama for various educational and artistic institutions in both New York and Athens. The aim is to find ways tocreatea safe environment for people to expressthemselves.

The area of soft skills is another area of great interest to me. My latest paper, Teaching Professional Communication: A Practical Approach, Springer, March 2024, is a work in progress. This year, I am organizing research that relates to this paper.

I have an ongoing collaboration with the dance group Anima-Soma as a dramaturg. My focus is on dramaturgy as a shared practice that connects meaningful actions in a probing and inquisitive rather than instructive manner. We are now working on the second part of a trilogy.
