Dr. Olivia Kyriakidou is an organizational psychologist, Assistant Professor in Psychology, and coordinator of the MS in Organizational Psychology at Deree-ACG. Olivia is also the co-founder of CEFI, the Centre for Inclusion at Work, which offers consulting and training services to organizations on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Moreover, she has established a People Analytics network and meet-up that addresses issues in the area of People Analytics, Digital HR, and management and leadership skills for the digital workspace. Her current research interests focus on the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, with a special interest in the impact of artificial intelligence and automation processes on employees and their employment experiences. Dr. Kyriakidou has been widely published in a number of international journals, such as Organization Studies, Millbank Quarterly, Social Science and Medicine, and Work, Employment and Society. Her book titled“Diffusion of innovations in health service organizations: A systematic literature review” has won the international EHMA Baxter Award.
