Dr. Antonia Lampaki is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at The American College of Greece (ACG). She holds a PhD in Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and has extensive teaching experience across undergraduate, graduate, and executive education levels. Her research interests focus on organizational behavior, strategic management, leadership, and change management, with her work published in academic journals such as the Journal of Managerial Psychology, Organizational Dynamics, and European Management Journal. Dr. Lampaki has delivered executive training programs for organizations including DYPA, the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator and Attica Bank. She has also worked as a consultant on major projects in digital transformation and employment policy.
