Bringing together experts and members of the ACG community, the event will address the interconnected dimensions of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, offering tools that participants can apply in everyday life.
Through four thematic sessions — Nutrition, Exercise, Psychology, and Mindfulness/Meditation — attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how small, sustainable changes can support energy, resilience, balance, and overall wellbeing.
“Wellbeing: Mind, Body & Beyond” creates a space for learning, reflection, and engagement, encouraging alumni to reconnect with themselves and with the wider ACG community while fostering healthy and balanced lifestyles.
The event will be delivered in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either in person or remotely via live streaming.
