Over the course of 4 weekly sessions, we’ll begin exploring what it means to speak up with more clarity, set boundaries that feel right for you, handle tough conversations with more ease, and build relationships that feel safe and supportive. Just a first step — but sometimes, that’s all it takes to start feeling a little more connected.
