Be a Real Lifesaver! Provide First Aid while you wait for Medical Assistance
Whether you’re in your office, class, or on a field trip, knowing how to provide basic first aid while waiting for medical help can truly make a difference. Sometimes, it can even save a life — or simply help ease pain and anxiety in those crucial first moments.
What you’ll learn:
• How to provide Basic Life Support (BLS) and use an AED machine in case of cardiac arrest.
• How to recognize critical situations and provide first aid to someone who may be choking, fainting, having an allergic reaction, or a seizure, and more.
Facilitator:
Elina Grana PhD, Head Nurse APC, ACG Health & Wellness Center
BLS/AED Instructor (European Resuscitation Council)
Join us for either and online session or an in-person “hands-on” session, offered in English and Greek.
