Completing my PhD on postwar English theatre and Harold Pinter, in relation to his theatre plays and screenplays, examined through the Lens of Phenomenology, I continued with my postdoctoral research on the American Theatre and Edward Albee. Also, I examined the theories on Ageism, the fastest-growing ableism in the Western world. Following my studies, I have published a book on Harold Pinter’s theatre and filmic writing in relation to Phenomenological Theory (Εκδόσεις Δωδώνη, ISBN 978-960-558-365-1). While lecturing on post-war English and American theatre, I am participating in conferences, in Greece and abroad (I will also be presenting a paper at two conferences, within the next academic year, in December 2024 and May 2025), and have published both on Pinter’s and Albee’s playwriting. My most recent publication, forthcoming in January 2025 (Routledge), will be on E. Albee and female ageism. Lastly, I was elected Secretary (Eastern Europe) at the Board of Directors meeting. Albee Society.
