Konstantinos Tasoulis

Konstantinos Tasoulis is a Full Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) at the American College of Greece (ACG). His research is published in top tier journals including Human Resource Management, Human Relations, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, European Management Journal, Journal of Organisational Effectiveness, Thunderbird International Business Review, Leadership and Organisational Development Journal, and book chapters such as in the Routledge Companion to Talent Management, and Strategic Human Resource Management and Employment Relations: An International Perspective, among others. He serves as an Editorial Board Member at the Journal of Business Research. He has delivered executive education seminars to more than 150 firms in Greece, UK, and Cyprus, and taught at the University of Bath School of Management and New York University. A former PwC senior consultant, he brings over two decades of academic and industry experience bridging theory and practice.
