ACG Career Days 2026: Connecting Talent with Opportunity Across Disciplines

ACG Career Days 2026 took place on February 9–11 on campus and February 13 online, marking the 50th anniversary of this longstanding career engagement initiative and the first joint edition bringing together students and alumni from Deree – The American College of Greece and Alba Graduate Business School. The hybrid format provided flexibility and accessibility, enabling meaningful connections between candidates and employers regardless of location or schedule.

ACG Career Days 2026 offered registered students and alumni the opportunity to engage with recruiters from a wide range of organizations, explore internship and career opportunities, and expand their professional networks. Throughout the week, participants connected with recruiters through spontaneous in-person discussions, prescheduled onsite interviews during dedicated time slots, and online meetings with employer representatives, while also benefiting from a LinkedIn photoshoot activation designed to enhance their professional profiles.

This year’s event welcomed recruiters from 147 organizations, including several new companies joining the ACG employer network, reflecting continued growth in institutional partnerships with industry. Participating organizations represented 21 key industry sectors aligned with the Greek market, offering opportunities across business, technology, finance, engineering, healthcare, and other fields.

Overall, 456 participants took part in Career Days 2026, including 401 current students and 55 alumni, representing undergraduate and graduate programs across both schools. The strong participation of students, alumni, and employers highlights the role of ACG Career Days as a key initiative connecting the ACG community with the professional world.
