Matina Dimitropoulou has been a member of the Department of International Business since 2017. Her research interests include International Business Strategy, Innovation & Technology in MNEs, Organizational Behavior, and Corporate Social Responsibility, while her PhD dissertation focused on the organizational capabilities of Greek subsidiaries. She is a supervisor of undergraduate theses, and she currently teaches courses in International Business, Innovation & Technology Management, Contemporary Issues in International Business, and more.

Ms. Dimitropoulou has worked as a marketing executive in multinational companies, including Stanley Black & Decker, and has handled numerous international brands, such as Black+Decker, DeWalt, and Stanley. She is also a research fellow at the Athens Laboratory of Business Strategy.
